Shipping policy

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 days from the shipment date.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as "lost in transit," you are eligible for a refund. If it arrives later, you may keep it at no extra cost.

Delayed Deliveries

 If your package is not delivered within 35 days from the shipment date, you can apply for a refund. If it eventually arrives, you can keep it without returning it.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photographic evidence, and we will issue a refund or replacement.
